ABN AMRO Bank N.V. today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Lars Kramer, has decided to step down from his position and leave ABN AMRO on 30 April 2023 to pursue another opportunity outside ABN AMRO.
The succession process of finding a new Chief Financial Officer has been initiated.
Lars Kramer commented:

Lars Kramer was appointed to the Executive Board of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as Chief Financial Officer effective 1 June 2021 for a period of four years. Lars Kramer is Vice Chairman of the Executive Board. He is responsible for Finance, including Financial Accounting, Asset & Liability Management, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and HR Facility/Workplace Management.
