London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) announces that Anna Manz, Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of the company, will join the Board of AstraZeneca PLC as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2023.
Anna Manz will step down as a Non-Executive Director of ITV plc at the end of August this year.
Anna Manz is a chartered accountant. Prior to joining LSEG in November 2020, she was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Johnson Matthey plc (2016-2020), leading its Finance, Procurement, and IT functions.
Before joining Johnson Matthey plc, Anna Manz spent 17 years at Diageo plc in a number of senior finance roles, including most recently as Chief Strategy Officer and member of the Executive Committee.
