Online broker eToro today issued an update on the planned distribution of FLARE tokens. The company says it is preparing for the distribution and asks investors to make up their mind regarding the token distribution by January 17, 2023.
Below is the full text of the update:
“We are preparing for the distribution of the FLARE tokens and are making all efforts to ensure that the necessary processes are in place.
Once Flare distributes the tokens to us, we plan to then distribute them, or the USD equivalent of them, to eligible eToro users.
Should you decide that you do not wish to hold the new FLARE tokens or the USD equivalent, you can complete this form etoro.typeform.com/to/U8BNszUA#gcid=xxxxx. Please make sure this is done by 23:59 GMT on January 17, 2023, and we will remove you from the distribution list.
Note: There could be tax implications from receiving the tokens. Please contact your tax advisor for more information”.
