Equals Group plc (LON:EQLS), a technology-led international payments group focused on the SME marketplace, announces that it was today notified that Richard Cooper, Chief Financial Officer, bought 61,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the company on 9 July 2021 at a price of 46.9 pence per share.
Subsequent to this purchase, Richard Cooper now holds 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the company’s issued share capital.
